I'd like to point something out about the skill called fire thorn.

Don't use it in an aoe* party, it will aggro mobs that are close and makes it harder for others to pull the mob away from you

In fact I advise anyone to be carefull with this skill....

*aoe= area of effect, when you are killing multiple mobs at once

hehe I still have a um mage at lev 17 and thought fire-thorn was just another ordinary buff, I don't no any thing about mage's and there skills, apart from I always used to get more mobs going at me than the other, could fire thorn of been the coarse or am I on the wrong track and thinking of a different skill. its the icon on mage skill that is orange face ( I think ) which looks like its surrounded in fire, and aggro's mobs within a certain distance around you. this is information I have only just discovered.

yes and more defense = more aggro power

therefore more rec= more aggro power

so if you are planning to lvl all the way in aoe parties do not put any points into rec.
