How to send in a ticket

I have never posted a ticket, so don't know all about it. I hope this is helpfull though

Give as accurate information as possible. It may take a while to get an answer ( up to 48 hours?).
Make sure you check your junk folder, the answer might be in there.

I am not sure about this but I heard you also get a number for your ticket so if you later want to refer to that ticket you can use that number.

I know I'm the dummy when it comes to working things out on the PC, but there was a time when I bought some AP's from aeria, and never received them. I had to go through all the rigmarole of posting in a ticket with my complaint. so I would advise every one to read this information White has found, so your prepared for any situations that might pop up.
